It has been embarrassing for us to call people at 9:00 a.m. our time and find out are you are in California, sleeping.

This would include items you want, your shipping address. We cannot provide a rate quote if we don't know where the package is going. If you don't hear from us!!! We have had trouble reaching some customers. Email bounces back, a customer has dial-up service so we get a busy signal repeatedly, their cell phone is not accepting messages, there is no answering machine at all, the message we received had static and we could not hear your phone number clearly. We do attempt to return every customer inquiry we get, so please understand some things are out of our control and try again.
