How to contact us at Cellos2Go



(1) email@cellos2go.com This is our preferred method. Not because we don't want to talk to you in person, but this allows us to communicate with you no matter what time zone you may be in. We also find it is faster than trying to call you back and getting a busy signal or your voicemail which leads to more phone tag. Since we are receiving an increasing number of Nondelivery Messages due to spam filters, we do ask that you provide your telephone number, just in case.


(2) 518-527-5789 While we welcome phone calls, we are not always available to come to the phone when it rings. If you leave a message, be sure to speak clearly so we can hear all the numbers, your name, and where you are calling from. It has been embarrassing for us to call people at 9:00 a.m. our time and find out are you are in California, sleeping.

(3) 518-374-7080 is our fax number. Please include contact information for you, and any pertinent information we would need to answer your question. This would include items you want, your shipping address. We cannot provide a rate quote if we don't know where the package is going.

If you don't hear from us!!!

We have had trouble reaching some customers. Email bounces back, a customer has dial-up service so we get a busy signal repeatedly, their cell phone is not accepting messages, there is no answering machine at all, the message we received had static and we could not hear your phone number clearly. We do attempt to return every customer inquiry we get, so please understand some things are out of our control and try again.
