7/8ths Zetoni

SOLD  but we want you to be able to see this model and its dimensions as we will be getting another in.   Vivo’s Zetoni model 250 in 7/8ths size is made of Chinese spruce and maple.  The setup includes Ebony Pegheds, Despiau Belgian bridge, Akusticus tailpiece,  NHM composite fitting with 10mm CF endpin.

    Vivo’s model 200ST is crafted of Chinese spruce and maple, set up here.  The cello has friction pegs but is scheduled to get Pegheds when Chuck Herin is back in his workshop mid July.   We’ve selected a Belgian bridge, Akusticus tailpiece, NHM fitting for 10mm endpin (24 ” hollow CF sounds pretty good), and a set of Evoke strings by Jargar, which feature carbonsteel A and D with tungsten G and C.

    This model 017 (2016) is carved of Chinese tonewoods and has been set up here with ebony Pegheds, a French bridge, Akusticus tailpiece, and a NHM composite fitting with 8mm carbon fiber endpin.  7/8th cellos vary in dimensions and proportions which is good, because so do cellists.  Pay attention to the string length if your current cello isn’t a good fit for your hand and intonation.  We can discuss the other dimensions that matter if you contact us.  But it’s how they all come together to fit you.
