Big Note Carols for Cello
This is a dual-purpose book by Wendy Bissinger. Standing alone, it includes 11 carols for solo cello in a petite book with large notes. It is also a companion volume to Wendy’s Christmas Carols for 3 and 4 Cellos, also available here. It is the melodic line found in the Cello 1 part of some of the carols in that collection. So if you are comfortable in 1st and 2nd positions, you can play solo or with ensemble. Since the ensemble volume is presented in score form, it can be hard for some players to isolate their part. Big Notes solves that problem!
