  • Revelle Raven

Raven is our entry level bow ($195) which serves new students or those on a budget, and is an excellent backup bow when the cellist needs a better bow for their advancing skills.  The bow has a solid black graphite-fiber shaft which cannot warp or lose camber, and we have not experienced a comparable wood bow at this price. Weight usually 78-80 grams.  If you’re here in SC, the stamp on the frog looks a little like our Gamecock!  When a good rosin (we like Kolstein medium) is used, it really produces a strong sound.
