  • Applebaum Beautiful Music for 2 Cellos Vol. 1

    Includes 55 short pieces playable in first position. Pieces increase in difficulty rhythmically, starting with half and whole notes and gradually introducing eighth notes and dotted quarters. None of the pieces have more than two sharps or flats. A piano part may be ordered separately.  We feature the series for Two Cellos, but we also usually stock these compatible books for Two Violins and Two Violas. So either duet partner can play the top or bottom part!

Pieces are more rhythmically challenging, and instructional tips are provided as to bowing. We usually stock this book for Two Violins which matches the cello book, so you can play violin-cello duets. A piano accompaniment book is available for purchase.
