Chopin Prelude in E Minor, Op. 28 No. 4 for 4 cellos (MC-45)
Originally for piano, arranged by Laszlo Varga for cello quartet. Includes parts and score.
W.F. Bach – Drei Duette (2 cellos)
Parts are of comparable difficulty, and each cellist has their own booklet with parts in score form. Each duet has multiple movements, remain in bass clef through 4th position.
Grant – Duets for Two Violoncellos Volume 1 (2 cellos)
Each part is in its own booklet. Parts are of comparable difficulty, remain in bass clef and have a range through 4th position.
Giordani – 6 Duos, Op. 4 (2 cellos)
This single booklet includes both parts in score form. Parts are of similar difficulty, and both have a mix of tenor and bass clef. However, the tenor clef often stays within 4th position. If you associate clef changes with notes above your comfort zone, if you can handle through A harmonic up to a possible B, don’t shy away from these.
Popper 15 Easy Studies (2 cellos)
IMC #3705 is the 15 Easy preparatory studies to Op. 76 and 73. Originally arranged by G. Woerl (who included cello II ad lib for Nos. 1-10), Enyeart wrote Cello II parts for the remaining five. The only other change we note is the inclusion of measure numbers.
