[IMC #2227] Originally composed for two oboes and English horn. Cello I is entirely in tenor clef and requires thumb position; Cello II is in bass clef moving briefly above 4th position for a B; Cello III barely moves out of first position to an occasional E. There are many octave jumps in the lower positions, many ungainly passages.
[CE-6] Haydn Serenade, Tchaikovsky Humoresque, Mozart March from Figaro, Joplin The Entertainer. Includes parts and score. Solo part is equally distributed.
[ CE-14] Silent Night, In Dulci Jubilo, Adoremus Te, The Holly and the Ivy, Away in the Manger. Includes parts and score. Cello I requires the cellist to play at least through upper third position. Other cellists can stay in first but the more positions you know, the more opportunities you have to vibrate longer notes. Pretty arrangements, even if your group is more advanced.
