None of the pieces have more than two sharps or flats. A piano part may be ordered separately. We feature the series for Two Cellos, but we also usually stock these compatible books for Two Violins and Two Violas. So either duet partner can play the top or bottom part!
Duets are graded in four volumes, both parts of equal difficulty. Volume II uses half, 1st and 2nd positions. Pieces are more rhythmically challenging, and instructional tips are provided as to bowing. We usually stock this book for Two Violins and Two Violas which matches the cello book, so you can play violin-cello or viola-cello duets. A piano accompaniment book is also available for purchase.
