This volume is divided into 5 sections, each including some solos, duets and accompanied pieces. The five sections include 4th position to harmonic A, 4th position on all strings, all positions up to 4th and tenor clef, irregular time signatures and swing, thumb position and tenor clef.
Thumb Position is the focus of this volume. Scales and arpeggios in three octaves, thumb position, shifting on the thumb, treble and tenor clef. Includes some pedagogical works of Dotzauer, Romberg, Lee and Kummer. Many duets for student/teacher.
