Oasis Plus is a case humidifier designed for cellos. Humigel crystals work with (preferably) distilled water in a soft cylindrical membrane. Oasis mounts in your case and slowly releases moisture, causing the tube to gradually collapse. You can see instantly see when you need to add water. Easy and effective. We include adhesive-backed velcro for more reliable attachment in your hard case, and a humigel refill kit. At season’s end be sure to empty, rinse and dry so you can start with fresh crystals at the start of the next season of cold/dry air.
Made by K&M, this stand has a steel-frame with rubber coating that will fit all fractional size cellos, but beware with 4/4. Measure the depth front to back of your cello at the bottom, and if it is 127 mm ( 5 “), it should be fine.Just check how you position the cello so it is secure but not resting against the black uprights that could leave marks on the face. We have red and green remaining in stock. Stand folds flat and is adjustable width-wise. Footprint is 12″ wide, 13.5″ front to back, 13 3/4″ tall. The protruding rubber bumpers rest against the back of the cello 10 1/4″ from the bottom.
This is a very runny solution and can be tricky to use. It is designed to help sticking and/or slipping pegs. Squeeze bottle contains 9.857 ml which equals .333 ounce.
Boston cello stand is aluminum, black, with rubber feet and soft padded arms to support the cello under the bottom ribs. This is an updated version of the original stand, and the cello sits closer to the ground. *If your endpin/fitting sticks out more than 7 cm ( 2.75″) the tip will hit the floor. The cello is supported by a single pad that rests against the lower back, and the arms you see in the front are angled away from the face of the cello so as not to leave any marks. The endpin must be stowed in cello. Stand folds flat for transport/storage and locks into place when open. Weight 3 lbs.
