Cellissimo Cello Duets (2 cellos)
34 original cello duets from Renaissance, Baroque, Classic, Romantic and Modern periods. I consider this a broad range of intermediate, both parts are of similar difficulty, staying within 4th position and A harmonic, no more than 2 sharps or 2 flats. A comfortable note range, but a lot of variations in rhythms and challenges. This is a thick book, both parts on a page in score form. Spiral binding is recommended. Works by Morley, Simpson, Gabrielli, Boismortier, Corette, Giordani, Schetky, Boccherini, Hook, Schonebeck, Reinagle, Dotzauer, Kummer, Lee, Offenbach, Hindemith, Zehm, Koeppen, Waterhouse, Amanti.

Heuer Harrison – Easy Cellobrations for 4 cellos
Arranged and edited by Rosalynn Heuer and Joan Harrison, this set includes parts with score. Parts are of uneven difficulty. While the Polacca requires all cellos to be fluent through 4th position, most pieces only have Cello 1 and 2 in that range and the rest can be played in first and second positions. Rhythms and bowing are another matter, so the group needs more skills than you might expect.
