This edition (CB 242) replaces Schott’s ED 158 Divertimento for cello solo. The movements have been arranged in a new order. Boris Pergamenshikov has added fingerings and bowings to four of the movements.
Prokofiev completed part of the first movement of this sonata, leaving behind sketches for the rest. Vladimir Blok took up these sketches and ultimately completed the first movement
Op. 131c: No. 1 G major, No. 2 D minor, No. 3 A minor. This edition includes one clean copy to make your own performance edition, and one edited by Reiner Ginzel.
